I am not sure who reads this but let me tell you this has been a odd day. It did not start like i wnated it to.God had another paln. i spent a good hour with god tonight. just him speaking to me and me just sharing my heart. The diet is doing well lost aobut 8 pounds int he last two weeks. have not walked like i have needed to. that has been hard. my big problum is i need my community and i have problums reaching out. it is so hard for me to trust. that is one of a couple of things i want to work on inthe next three months. trusting others. being more proactive and more agrisive in communicating to my frinds so i will know them better. also just spritaul becoming healthy. i am just desire to meet god. which i am doing. that is awsome.

out with the old in with the new

That is an awsome phrase. week one of the dite down. no weight lose to report but i feel better. i have done well with the water drinking. about 100 to 130 oz a day. the eating i am doing ok on. still eating to late. i also am thinking of trying to eat smaller helpings at a time. ended up haveing to get a new computer yesterday. god is good endined up getting a floor modle for cheap and a upgrade. paid almost 100 dollors less than i would for the saml modle new. that was cool. pluss goign to get my old hard drive installed in to my new computer. i am happy about that. i did not lose any of my stuff.
